Kimberly S. Fineman

Kim’s practice focuses in business restructurings and bankruptcy, with extensive experience in real property, corporate and intellectual property matters. Her strength is in parsing through complex business problems and telling the underlying story—either to the court or in negotiations. She has the unique perspective of having experienced business law as a big firm attorney for many years, as a member of the judicial staff for almost an equal number of years, and as a director of legal education for an arm of the University of California.  She has represented clients in matters throughout the United States. | 510.506.7156
